This is my third purchase of a Luminox watch. The model 3053 is a very reliable, lightweight, and accurate watch. This watch is the first Luminox I’ve owned with the rubber type band, and I think I like it better than the velcro band or the metal band. Luminox has proven over the years to be an exceptional watch, a working man’s watch that one can wear to social events as well. The watch is rugged, good looking and accurate. And you NEVER have to be concerned with being able to see the watch at night…it’s almost as bright as a nightlight!! The face of the watch is larger than my 3901 model,and much easier to see. The band is made of some sort of rubber, and is very flexible, and comfortable to wear. I also happen to think that this is the best looking Navy Seals series watch that Luminox makes. You can’t really go wrong with ANY Luminox watch, but I think the 3903 model is one of the best Luminox watches made. By the way, I researched this watch extensively on the internet, and the best price I found BY FAR was on Amazon.com. I paid less than $160.00 for this watch on Amazon.com, and that included paying for two day shipping. The best price I could find on E-bay (for buy-it now) was about forty dollars higher. So, do your due diligence, and I think you will find that Amazon.com can rarely be beat on the price of this watch!!

A FRIEND OF MINE HAD THIS YELLOW WATCH THAT I NOTICED HAD A GLOW TO IT IN THE DARK. I SAW THE WATCH IN THE DAY TIME AND INSTANTLY FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. SO I OFFERED MY FRIEND $ 200.00 CASH FOR IT , AND HE SOLD IT TO ME. I THEN WENT HOME FOR R&R AND WHEN MY TWIN BROTHER SAW IT HE AKSED ME FOR IT. SO I GAVE IT TO HIM RELUCTANTLY. AND WHEN I GOT BACK TO IRAQ I MISSED MY WATCH SO MUCH, THAT I HAD TO ORDER ANOTHER ONE FROM AMAZON.COM. ONE MAJOR PROBLEM THOUGH, I COULD NOT ORDER MY WATCH TO BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO ME, AND IT TOOK THREE WEEKS TO RECIEVE IT FROM ANOTHER PARTY. SO YOU GUYS NEED TO START SHIPPING TO APO., AE. This watch so far is great… I have only had it a few days and i have had nothing but enjoyment.. The comfort is great… The .5 of the star rating i wish i could retract is that maybe i was overestimating the level of brightness to see out of the night viewing capability… I mean it definately is highly visible at night… Just the way it was portrayed by Luminox that this 100 times brighter thing I guess I expected some sort of blinding effect.. i understand that military personel do not need to be visible from a mile away or anything because of a watch … I know from experience. All in all definately worth the money and will wear it proudly.. Would definately purchase Luminox products again..

I love this watch…I have a few very nice watches but I tend to wear this watch more for comfort and durablility. I’m a pretty big guy and this watch works well on my wrist. I also love the fact that it glows constantly without the need of light.
